Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with The Drape Culture. We value your trust and strive to deliver products that meet the highest quality standards. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Return Policy

We do not accept returns for the following reasons:

  • “Not liked” or change of mind.

  • “Color looks different” than what appears on screen ( slight color variations may occur due to lighting and screen settings ).

  • Wrong size selection or personal preference issues.

  • Minor irregularities that are common with handloom or handcrafted products.

2. Exchange Policy (Manufacturing Defect Only)

We only provide exchange for genuine manufacturing defects.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • You must record a full-length opening video of the package.

  • The video should clearly show:

    • the sealed package,

    • the complete opening process, and

    • the defect in the received product.

Note: Videos that are cut, edited, or recorded after opening the package will not be accepted.

Exchange Conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

  • All tags and original packaging must be intact.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only if:

  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect and

  • The same item is out of stock for exchange.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval.

4. Time Window for Reporting Issues

  • Any manufacturing defect must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with the required opening video.

  • Requests submitted after 24 hours cannot be accepted.

5. Non-Eligible Items

The following are not eligible for exchange or refund:

  • Products without the full unboxing video.

  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling, stains, perfume smell, or wear.

  • Customized or altered products.
